Scheduling in the time.

It’s always an issue finding time in our busy lives to relax. We’re so consumed by our day-to-day activities that sometimes we don’t realize we’re losing grip on what grounds us – what actually makes it so that we produce good work.

So, my word for the weekend are simple: relax.

Whether you’re getting some food and cooking with some soothing music on, or whether you’re drinking a glass of wine and watching the sunset…Whether you’re watching a movie about a life you could never live, or trying a new project for the first time… It all comes back to the same idea.

You’re important, and you should never forget this.

The kitten does a good job of reminding me of this when I forget.
