There’s many things in the world that I believe we take for granted. Just looking up at the sky, sometimes, and we don’t wonder about how fascinating the world is; clouds and the universe beyond us. We’re just so trapped in our own space. We no longer look at the things put down before us and wonder: “How did we get here?”
While cats don’t necessarily think of these existential crisis questions, they do have a sense of wonder when you pull out a new toy, or a new place they haven’t explored. It’s all something they can do, and do they will. That’s part of the reason I love them so much. Nothing isn’t an adventure.
